Breakfast and After School Club

If you would like to register your child to attend either of the clubs on a permanent weekly basis or if you would like to alter your child's regular sessions, please complete the relevant form below and hand to the school office.

If your child is new to the After School Club, you also need to complete a password form for security purposes. Please see below.

Paper copies can be obtained free of charge from the School Office.

Hours and Costs 

• Breakfast club opens at 8.00am until 8.55am (start of school day) 
• £4.00 per child. (this includes breakfast -which is served up until 8.30am

• After School Club from 3.15pm and closes at 5.45pm 
• £8.50 per child. (this includes a snack)

If you would like your child to attend, please email Fun4kids@st-josephs-withnell.lancs.sch.uk 

and attach the registration form and session booking form. 

As per our policy, late collections, i.e. after 5:45pm, will be charged £10 on top of Session cost.

(Staff do not get paid and our insurance is not valid after this time) Thank you.

24hrs notice is required to cancel any booked session without a charge.

We are able to accept work related childcare voucher schemes.  Please speak to Mrs Wilsdon in the school office for more details.
